We designed the OXO Brew Tea Steeper for an easy and enjoyable loose leaf tea brewing experience. Each step of the process has been considered. Loose leaf tea and hot water are added into the steeper and left to brew. Placing the steeper on top of a mug activates spill-free dispensing. An etched stainless steel filter keeps fine particles contained, and the silicone handle stays cool to touch. For easy cleaning the base can be unscrewed from the filter.
The aesthetic approach takes subtle cues from classic tea pot forms, while fitting in with OXO's design language.
